It features a cooling metal tip that glides the cream to powder texture onto the skin while soothing the delicate under eye area.  Formulated with coral seaweed extract, that contains a high concentration of minerals like calcium, magnesium, zinc and manganese and vitamin E, the formula is designed to care for the skin.  With SPF 15 for added protection.
